Hi,

I have had to reload my laptop and am now getting an error, I have NOT exceeded the number of seats. Error below:-

‘Enscape your license is applied, but could not be activated, because you’ve exceeded the number of seats for your license.’

Have tried to revoke license, but still getting same error. I’m guessing this has to be reset by Enscape??

I am sorry to hear about that - Please kindly briefly either send me your license key or the e-mail used to acquire Enscape through a DM and I’ll reset the activations.
