It doesn’t solve your problem, but wouldn’t work online licensing for you?
When switching to v3 we have skipped the dongles and settled for the online solution because using dongles on the go is a risky task (loss, theft, breakage…). It also caused issues with DR in our company network. Now it’s all fine!

actually dongle solved my issue. The problem was that the server at work does not allow the license to connect properly. So I’ve set the license at home to work with dongle and just plugged in work pc. Magic!
