Got a truck in an empty scene with a dome light

The 1st 2 seconds is the rgb render the last 2 seconds of the video are the vray lighting element.

Images are saved using the vray frame buffer and rendered using vray 3.50.03 Render pass manager and Deadline.
Have rendered it a lot. Error is random on what frame it occurs.
If I reset the renderer to scanline and back to vray seems to fix the issue but am trying to figure out what it causing it.

I can upload a max file, if someone can tell me how the hell you upload ? upload attachements keeps telling all file types 7-zip, winrar, max file are not accepted filetype.

I am able to recreate the error rendering locally on just my machine, no renderpass manager, no deadline, just a car with an overide material and a dome light.

Also can you test uploading the archive file here again? How big is the file?

Should also mention that we just recently migrated the whole company to windows 10
I can also reproduce this using both the scenes on ChaosTV
