Yes, there is a resolution problem. try incresing your Antialiasing settings.
I don’t know what they are currently, try adaptive subdiv to 0,2 and your threshold to 0.01
Need more AA…

The design is nice and clean and I like the way the light comes through the surface but I would consider adding a little color to the light depending on what kind of bulb it is. Some blurry reflections on that concrete wall would look nice too. They would add allot, especially if you have some subtle environment map to reflect like windows on a distant outer wall or something.
