the second one is great, like ti very much. only thing to critic from me is in the 1st image the tv material, maybe black and with some reflection would look better, btw excellent floor material. congrats!!!

Very very nice.
I got two suggestions though:
1. Add a bump map to the tiled floor so you break up the reflections.
2. The edge of the wooden floor step in the second picture, the image tiles allot, different mapping or texture would really improve that detail.

Great work, but i have some suggestion too.
The center tabble is floating a little, the texture of brick on wall needs some bump, and there is a wall that u forgot to but the texture. And the stone wall needs bump too.
