We have a machine that is failing to load sketchup with the error below. SketchUp 2017. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling V-Ray already. Any ideas what else we can try?

Have you upgraded to the latest release, V-ray 3.60.02? It took care of this same problem for us. The cause was a conflict with plugins/extensions, of which dynamic components was the main culprit.

As @GD3DESIGN already mentioned, could you please advise what is the full version number and release date of V-Ray for SketchUp (Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About)?
Sorry to mention that it seems to be a Common issue
1. In Vray 3.6.01+ Sketchup 2017 and 2018 Windows 7 ,Vray failed to initialize and crash Sketchup.
2. In Vray 3.6.02 +Sketchup 2017 and 2018 Windows 7, when click assest editor,Vray crash Sketchup.
I am on a deadline, crash make Vray and Sketchup unuseable,will there be any hotfix before 4.0??
