:sketchup: Today, while finishing a project on SketchUp, I started Enscape.
The loading process got stuck on “exporting materials” and the computer completely froze. I tried using an older version of the Nvidia drivers, updating them to the latest version, and forcing the system to exclude the integrated graphics card.
I also tried updating SketchUp to version 2026 (I usually use 2024 and Enscape 4.13), updating Enscape to version 4.16, and then I even tried using an older version 4.2.1. However, the problem still persists.
I tried using it on a computer with the same configuration (i5-8600, 16GB DDR4, Nvidia GTX 745) with the same versions of drivers and software, but it works without any issue. I believe I might be missing something somewhere.
has anyone ever experienced something similar? Were you able to resolve it? Thank you for taking the time to read
