This is an artwork i recently made in my free time, the render shows a Lonely House, no one lives in the House, the owner has left the house 2-3 years ago and migrated to the city, now The House feels Lonely, it is probably waiting for his owner to come back
Technical information : made in 3ds Max, rendered in Vray and post work in Photoshop, trees are from Onyx and Evermotion, in the mesh all the plantation are proxies

I like the mood you created and attention to modelling.
However I would expect that after no attention for 2-3 years the garden will look a great deal wilder with tall grass and flowers not neatly trimmed. Also from the amount of trees in the area I would expect the ground to be covered with fallen leaves.
I love the cracked concrete and the displaced stonework. Maybe some moss on the roof and more overgrown as WWX says to give more atmosphere. Maybe not quite so sunny too - a bit colder? - the sun stops the lonely feeling! Really like it.
