I’m hoping for some answers on a big problem I’m having with Enscape. The problem is two-fold and these issues seem to be related:

Very often if Enscape is running my instance parameter changes won’t “stick.” For example, I’ll change a material parameter (and click apply at every step possible) and it will show up fine in Enscape at first, but then the next time I click on that element, the material will have reverted back to whatever it was previously. The next time Enscape reloads, my change will have disappeared there as well.

This is the much more problematic issue. Sometimes, I’ll have been working in Revit with Enscape open, and suddenly ALL my changes from an unspecified amount of time will be have disappeared in my Revit model. This includes everything - all modeling, parameter changes, annotations, Enscape views created, etc. It sometimes will revert back by hours, and a colleague mentioned it once sent her back days. Part of the problem is that I often won’t notice this until later after I’ve synced and I’ll have no idea when my model has reverted to. I have yet to find any backups where my lost work has shown up.
This problem is unpredictable and makes using Enscape feel like a game of roulette. Please help!
