Mac License not working

Dear whoever this may concern,

I have downloaded the enscape Mac free trial but when I try to open it through sketchup it goes straight to license page. It might be doing it as I have had the application before with my university email. However, I am getting a new setup soon so only need it for 14 days for a submission hence the creation of a second account.. How do I start the 14 day free trial.

As we do not process trial resets via the Forum itself anymore I’m afraid please briefly reach out to our support team as detailed here directly and you’ll be granted a further 14 days to test out Enscape soon thereafter.
