UGH! These can be brutal to track down.
It appears that there is a problem with CPU2 regarding the one/multiple cores and their ability to communicate with the rest of the subsystems. Hence the bus/interconnect error.
This is more than likely a hardware problem. (Most probable anyways)
The fact that this is happening while under load makes me look even harder at the CPUs/Motherboard.
Steps I would try with this particular BSOD:
- update motherboard BIOS (make sure to read the bios update notes about fixes and things like that)
- update motherboard chipset drivers (If intel, they have a great utility that will scan your system and automatically checks driver versions)
If this computer still has support from manufacturer, I would contact them at this point.
If not, then continue here:
- remove both CPUs from motherboard
- clean all thermal paste off heatsink and CPUs
- check CPU socket for any bent pins or damage
- reseat CPUs and apply your favorite thermal paste and CPU coolers
If you still have problems after this, it’s probably a bad CPU 2 or the socket / substem of CPU2 on the motherboard.
I hope this helps some. ![]()
