Make motive pattern on glass material

Can anyone help me?
I want to make some pattern on the glass material.

1. I croped the pattern image with magic tools on PS, so I got image1.png with transparent background.
2. I created new material on sketchup paint bucket and put it on the plane object.
The result was the pattern show and the background was tranparent.
3. I create vray linkmaterial, I tried to put the image1.png into Diffuse but the background pattern not transparent after render.
4. I tried to put the image1.png into Transparent, but both pattern and the backgrounds become transparent.

SO is there any solution?

(Sorry before i post this issue in the Gallery forum, but i cannot attach the image (97Kb). Something wrong?)

Vray calls these ‘decals’ (so you can search on this subject)
