Thanks for the video. Made me use the slate material editor for the first time

I did some strawberries for a recent project
They actually require less maps. Just play with some reddish gradients in the scatter color and diffuse color slot of the Fast SSS2 Shader.
Here is the result I got after fiddling around a bit.(no post yet):
Its not hyper-realistic but it should be enough for advertising
ralphr - This video was my first real use of slate editor, and I love it ;).
Regarding the strawberries, yours look very good. We are going to make some too :).
