Making Walls and Ceilings 30% transparent

I am work with MEP engineers that would like to do walk throughs with the ceilings and walls to be transparent but I cant seem to get Enscape to recognize the settings. I am attaching 2 screen shots.

The walls and ceiling are being brought in via a linked Arch model.

I am able to get the compound ceilings to be transparent but no other material.

Just wondering,

I found the answer to my question. The Walls were painted and I needed to adjust the materials in the Arch model to be transparent.
