Hi all, this is my first post on here. Great to see everyone else’s work so I thought I would start to share some of our work too.

I think that looks great. I think the wood grain is a little too loud… I might have tried to make it “quieter” which would help soften it and hide some of the knotting repetition. Also considering the grass: the typical response would be that it is too uniform making it appear somewhat unrealistic but I think it would be more convincing if it were the only type of grass visible in the frame. For instance you have real photo grass in the background that the rendered grass is competing with. - for me that competition draws too much attention away from the image as a whole… just some thoughts
Hi Rusteberg, thank you. Good points. I hadn’t actually noticed the knotting so much but I think I may have to get the clone stamp out!
