I read somewhere about a 3ds max to rhino vray material converter.. any ideas of where I can find it? (its a 3ds max script for all i know)

I have just faced with a similar problem… and I was wondering if does a 3dmax material converter to *vismat exist?.. Because I realise there are many vray materials for 3DMAX but for RHINO I have some troubles for finding.

Can anyone help us?
