If thats how you wnat the final image to look.
I would just usage scanline and materials with 100% selfillumation
Or use vray and the same thing put but you may need to turn of either send recieve GI on all objects to make it nice and quick.
If you just want that as a comp pass it would be either the diffuse filter render element (wich uses the materials´ diffuse colour component) or the wire colour element (wich uses the wire colour obviously 
)

Diffuse is the magic answer that I needed. I have a very tight deadline and did not have time to go and change materials for best solution and using the diffuse channel is the magic answer that I needed, once again vray saves the day!
And yes, Da Force I needed the image to look just like that for compositing purposes so having flat same color images or swatches of the same material is perfect for a quick magic wand pick in photoshop.
