Material use across sharepoint

I have created a series of textures with Albedo, bump and reflectivity settings for the different painted surfaces we have available as a company. I want to be able to roll these textures out to the whole team to use.

I would like the textures to be accessed through the native SketchUp material libraries, what is the best way to do this? I have tried saving the textures as Sketchup materials and saving these to sharepoint but when my colleagues try to use these, they have to relink the bump map each time which is impractical.

I can save the textures as .matpkg but then they get lost in the “in model” material library after batch import which is impractical.

I feel this is pretty basic and there should be a simple solution but I can’t figure it out!

Lack of reply’s on this post would have me assume good luck with this request. Usually They have a copy and paste reply that they will bring it up at the next meeting and nothing ever gets done. There is a work around ( posted somewhere on this forum) but i have never been able to get it to render exactly the same on two different computers.
