I see it already in windows and it makes total sense, one menu to rule them all. Less is more…

Besides materials, HDR and assets, textures would be great too! Cosmos is already working really well, but with BIM authoring softwares, integration and centralize info is crucial.

Will it happen on Mac users and when is it expected to happen? WE are using Archicad 29 on mac studios and MacBook pros.

Quick question: are you using Enscape for ArchiCAD on your setup?

On your specific points:

  • Materials: We’re working on bringing Materials support into the Cosmos library in Enscape. No firm ETA yet, but it’s in the plans.
  • Textures: This is not on our roadmap right now. However, I really appreciate you raising it here. Requests like this help us measure the interest.

Yes, WE use Enscape with Archicad 29.
Good to know that materials will go to the Cosmos library, looking forward to that.
Textures would be handy but Cosmos is already becoming quite enormous. At least HDR and EXR files would be great because they relate directly with Enscape and lighting…
