Is it just me or does max 9 crash all the time.
Also my viewports have stopped displaying background images properly. Anybody else ever have this problem???
yes ive been having problems with max 8 crashing. Also in directx mode, ill frequently get viewports that will just come with some sort of message in the viewport that it cant be properly displayed. have had to switch to opengl. Frankly I still use max 8 unless I have a good reason not to.
oddly enough, I haven’t had a single crash yet. max 9 64 bit on xp 64 here.
i’ve had a few with max 9 but im pretty sure it was broken sketch up scene related and nothing to do with max 9 itself. as since i’ve moved on its been great.
My crashes in max9 are mostly while working on scene files created in max8.
