I would suggest introducing a bit of life into the scene, all arranged too evenly

When I look at this kind of furnishing, theese seem to be quite tough and hierarchical meetings 
at the back wall, the two chairs, do there sit any commanders?
Why do the two “Uniforms” almost hang under the ceiling - don’t the meeting attendees want to have them in their field of vision or should they dislocate their neckbones to see them? 
Only half of the participants are allowed to see what is written or shown on the white board? So all in all an extremely outmoded
unappealingly kind of furnishing but I’m sure this is not discussable for various reasons - is it?
