Mirror Material doesn´t reflect

Hi All - again an other Material question
I´ve got a mirror material - just a white surface without any roughness. This material should act like a normal mirror but it doesn´t ?!?

(At least the floor covering should be visible in the mirror)

And again no idea how to procede here

Check your selection/fill: I think that you may have filled a group, but the faces within the group are already filled with your wall texture. Check by using the [pipette] tool on the materials |select tray in SU

You material is not a mirror. Set metal to 100% to achieve an Fresnel-0° of 100%. You currently have a dielectric with a large F0/Specularity, but this has nothing to do with a mirror.

Please have a look: https://enscape3d.com/knowledgebase/sketchup/

together you were correct

i have tinkered in the model and turned the material setting (although I did not understood Thomas´s answer) to metallic and - voila! Thanks to both
^^

Please! Can i help you?Material of my file not available. Thanks so much!

The only thing you can do(*) is replicate the scene and flip it, making the mirror just a sheet of glass.

Which quality settings are you running Enscape with? Textured off-screen reflections are only enabled on Ultra quality.

Thanks for your feedback Gadget, but it is a bad way when i export multiple photos.

This is a problem from my screen Clemens Musterle.

support was talking about rendering settings ultra

Please go to the first tab of the settings called “general”, there’s a quality settings slider at the bottom.

Thanks all!@Clemens Musterle,@bsfranza.I have solved this problem.
