My objects are cut in the mirror reflection, as an attachment parameter of my mirror texture, rendering of the original scene and rendering of the scene with reflection errors
I’m very sorry for you experiencing this issue, but unfortunately this is the state of art for a pure real-time rendering engine like Enscape.
You can improve the behavior by opening the Enscape Visual Settings, and on the first page, dial the “Rendering Quality” slider all the way to the right, to “Ultra”.
Apart from that, please be assured that we do our best to improve the behavior as good as possible, while still maintaining performance on an adequate level.
i’m always working with the “Rendering Quality” slider to “Ultra” and it’s the first time that i have noticed this problem !!! is there any subtlety for this phenomenon !!!
In your case you could work around if you mirror the scene behind the mirror and you remove the mirror. So, “real” objects are seen and not reflections only.
I’m not sure I understand you. Do you mean the workaround will cause a slow down by the calculation? I don’t know that render times are increased, but so far I have seen renderings are needed here only, so this should no problem.
Hi, I just wanted to express that it is a pity to see these mirroring flaws in a simple still image rendering, where realtime performance is so much less important than waiting a few render seconds longer for an at least usable result then (but the Enscape people are already working on it which is good )
