Model development at work and home

Hi

I am currently trying to develop my enscape skills skills and am working on a presentation in the office and also at evenings at home, the file and materials etc are stored on USB the issue I am having is I have to re-path the materials.

Hopefully someone may have a solution for this be it working over VPN or whatever.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards

Mark

@MarkG76 , currently the directory to which the files are being assigned/linked is the vital factor - This means that if project files like materials, linked models etc. are located in a directory like "C:\Enscape Files" then this directory would have to be maintained on a USB stick or vice versa. So, instead, you could also set up a shared network drive on which you store your projects (Since that ensures that the directory path remains the same). There are even some free alternatives out there but a solution that usually works very well with windows from the get-go is Onedrive.

We’re aware that this current solution is not always ideal and so I’ll also forward a further upvote to our existing feature request to allow easier file linking.

If any further questions come up regarding this topic let me know.
