The cloth material is perfect. Is it some kind of scan?

Agree, this suede type of fabric looks great. Do you mind sharing the source of textures? Also it would be nice if you could show it on larger area.

I bought a 3dsky model that came with the texture, , than i tweaked a bit and with Post processing push the contrasts a bit.
I just used the material in a little detail in a chair, not in a large surface!
