I like it! Although I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of the tree model you placed under the “Lounge” text - only because you can see the leftover cutouts a bit. 
Nice shot overal, very cool design.
I would agree that it could be improved by swapping your tree asset, and maybe placing some additional light in the scene.
The people on the roof for example could benefit from some back lighting to help make the scene more dynamic. Nice work!
