Motion Blur - Exclude objects?

I tried to exclude objects from motion blur by un-checking the render stat “motion blur”, but to no effect. Is there a way to do this in v-ray. For example I would like only the wheels of a car to blur in my scene.

You can set the number of motion blur geometry samples to 1 for the selected objects through the VRayObjectProperties node.

Does that affect to camera motion blur too?

No; in recent builds there is a separate option for camera motion blur in the V-Ray settings.
