Is it possible to move the dome light ?

You are able to edit V-Ray Dome Light Radius and Height if you enable Finite Dome. See here:
If you enable HDR Image possible is to change the placement with the Rotate and Offset parameters.
In the HDR Image Preview you could flip the image as well with the arrows.
Check also what options are available if the Background type is set to Custom:

I know this parameter, but it would be great to be abble to move the dome in the model. For the moment the centre of the dome is on the origin of the model, but sometimes the building for the scene is quite far
