hi,
I just noticed when doing an mp4 of save mask as sequence , it is holding the first frame for 4 frames, then it is ok, but it meant the mp4 is out of sync.
I doubt this has happened before so i am wondering where is this coming from?

What file format do you have as the input?
Does the sequence play normally before exporting?
Do you have any retime settings in place (f.e. the retime settings in the “transform” panel?)
Does it export normally to another video format?
hi Alex,
input is a jpg sequence, also tried with a exr sequence, rebooted pc…no retimes in place.
mp4 has a 4-5 frames delay, webm only 2 frame delay.
That’s odd. What version of Player are you using?
hi Alex,
i am running 2.00.22
Can you try the latest version 2.10.00, it was released about a week ago.

It is not related to export, even a previously saved MP4 from outside Chaos Player is doing the same on our side as well
I’m not sure if I got this right, but do you mean that it’s not related to Player? Or you’re loading an mp4 in Player, re-saving it from player and then it’s messed up?
Hello @yolov ,
Let me rephrase it :
If you open this : Unique Download Link | WeTransfer you can see that the image sequence goes from frame 1 to 30, when converted to MP4, the movie is playing from frame 1 to 30 correctly in After effects and all, while player in Chaos player, it reads 4 time the first frame, and stops at frame 26.
The MP4 is not converted using Chaos Player, so the issue does not come its conversion
Thanks, got it.
Yep, now I see it. Many thanks for walking me through this.
