I’m now getting this problem having rebuilt my machine. Is it possible an update to steam/steam VR/windows MR drivers could have an affect? Before the rebuild everything was working fine using enscape 2.4, but since the rebuild I’m not seeing WMR controllers when using either 2.4 or 2.6 so the only thing that’s changed is that I now have up to date versions of all my other drivers.
That could be possible. Please generally make sure that the following software is be installed and running: Steam, SteamVR and Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR. In case this doesn’t help, please make sure that your windows is up to date (all updates installed) in if that doesn’t help, please kindly provide us with a feedback report as described here. Please also add a bit of information in the submission form briefly describing the issue.
Finally, do you also experience this problem with other VR applications or just Enscape?
