The multi asset placement in my enscape is not working properly. When I use the bucket tool, nothing happens in the model.
Circulair and rectangular are working, but also not optimal in my opinion.
Does anyone else experience the same or what could I be doing wrong?
PC processing power is not the issue:

Please right away make sure that you’re using our latest release of Enscape (4.1) which can always be acquired here. Feel free to double check if you’ve also followed the steps in our dedicated knowledgebase article here (“Bucket Selection”) too.
As it looks like you’ve did everything correctly though, perhaps you can let me know if this occurs everywhere in your project? And/or does adjusting the “Distribution” setting to something else make any difference?
If this continues to persist anywhere, no matter the bucket selection settings, please definitely also forward this to our dedicated support team as detailed in the following post and we’ll investigate further: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
You can just make use of the support button ideally and we’ll receive all of your machine information, current Enscape version used and so forth. A link to this thread in the submission form will also suffice as context. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am indeed using Enscpae 4.1 and have followed the given instructions on the use of the bucket tool.
Changing the distribution settings does not help.
It seems something in my project is preventing it from being used properly, because the bucket tool works perfectly fine in a blank (new) SketchUp file.
In that case please definitely contact our dedicated support team as detailed in my previous reply. As mentioned you can use the support button or help center itself to reach them directly - We may have to ask for the project itself or part of it to troubleshoot this further, just to prepare you in advance.
Beforehand you can also check if the initial scene of yours isn’t e.g. located too far off the initial project center in SketchUp, if you are unsure whether that is the case you could also copy the parts of the scene you require and paste them into a fresh new SketchUp scene to check if you can then place assets using the bucket selection tool. Should that make no difference please simply continue with forwarding this to support.
