I just got a new PC for work with Enscape installed by our IT guys. Enscape will not open because it says I have more than one GPU and that I need to disable one. I have disabled the onboard GPU but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this? What else can I do?

Hey @william_ellis , thanks a lot for your report. I’m sorry to hear about this behavior. What graphics card have you built into your system actually and does your system in general meet our system requirements which you can find here? 
If so, and you already disabled the Intel graphics chip, please send in a dedicated feedback report as described here. Please also add your forum name in the submission so that we know it’s from you!
That would be very helpful. In the meantime, please also upgrade your graphics card drivers to see if that may help already.

I received an email from someone on your team with a link to version 2.5. Seems that the issue was with an earlier version of Enscape. The bug has been resolved in version 2.5 so all is well!
