Very nice for a first render. I think that the building needs more contrast. On side note the entry to the parking lot won’t be possible for cars, because of the curb.

nice images. The white of the rendered walls needs ‘dirtying’ slightly. Adding a slight blue hue in photoshop to the white walls would also make the building blend better with the sky and the background. good lighting however
