My license key could not be activated :
I start to use Sketchup, choose to paste the license key that i bought for a month, but then nothing happen…
I choose a license for the month and it already started yesterday.
I checked : it’s not a firewall issue or a proxy issue.
I’m kind of out of solution.

Right away, feel free to also share your license key with me via a direct message so that I can check the validity of your subscription briefly as well. It may seem trivial, but please also ensure that you’re copy-pasting your entire license key which you’ve received via e-mail accordingly.
Furthermore, when trying to activate Enscape are there no error messages or anything what so ever you may receive? When you say “nothing happens” then does Enscape still display that it’s not activated thereafter? Could you please also share a screenshot with me where you’re inserting the key accordingly (via Enscape Account → Licenses), just so I can check what might be the culprit here? Also ideally via a direct message of course for confidentially.
