Re: my recent works

hey migz! great renders i have some things to say about the second one,
is that SSS on the cloth over the bed? it looks great! also the glosiness
on the wood is very nice. i dont know how to say zoclo maybe zueco? the wooden
frame that is on the edge of the whole room  maybe that would look nice
on the room  just a thougt but its a very nice image! both are but the room looks very cozy.

Re: my recent works

hey migz, nice work clean, crisps and simply beautiful render. man you have gone so far now. your work inspire me to render again. i like the tsinelas…

Re: my recent works

many thanks guys,

nektares,
Its the baseboard that you’re talking about. I also felt something is lacking after I rendered the scene- and thought it was the baseboard!
The cloth has minimal reflection and glossiness in it, not an SSS. Highlight and reflection is 0.15 and 0.25 respectively.

nomer,
thanks man,
very pleased on what you have said.. :-[
heheh
you’ll gonna see much of that tsinelas (slippers) thing in my renders..heheh

Re: my recent works

Hi migz… this it’s not the first time when I find myself looking at your post..well I can’t take my eyes from that cloth material over the bed…very nice very nice..
And because you ware so kind to encourage my today, I will like to point some “issues” ,if I may, at the first render-the kitchen scene- but not rendering issues, because the render result it’s great.
I work in a small business, and I do furniture for living, so making cabinets, become for me a children play…OK… first of all..the cabinet over the bar, can not stay like that, I suggest to put some “pipe” between the celling and cabinet , or underneath him, over that granite top, witch it’s too tall. And that tilling floor, I believe you scale it to much and spaces between them are to big.
I hope my comment was not rood, and hope that you will pay more attention at that kind of detail, and bring you a little more realism for your renderings!
And sorry for my English, of course!
All the best, Stefan

Re: my recent works

;D
hahaha, i thought no one would figured out what is wrong with the first image.
it was realy a rush work and the architect really had it designed like that, i myself was also dumbfounded when I saw it.
I thought maybe i could extend the steel post to support it (which could be an obstruction to the bar), but due to the nature of the work, he haphazardly suggested not to rectify it.

I am really having difficulty mapping those tiles. If I scale the image larger, so is the bump and the grout. Now Im thinking of doing it manually one by one.

That’s what we call constructive criticism.. ;D it doesnt have to be taken as an act of rudeness.

Thanks man.

Final revision.

Re: my recent works

OH it’s so beautiful!!! ;D I like it very much!!!
A question: How long do u render the final revision image?

Re: my recent works

nice work migs..

a minor comments to make it perfect..
1 if its a night scene try to hide the light coming from the window

2 try andeciuala ies the latest one…

3 lower your camera(horizon line) not more than 1.5m eye level to make it more realistic
and lower also your bathroom door knob

4 whats the grey material below the ac? curtain? if its curtain try mados curtain its in the new downloads

congrats migs your doing good in rendering
