my snap is broken

Snap is on and i’ve checked all the settings that i can see if you right click on the snap button but for some reason its not snapping any more.

any ideas?! :slight_smile:

i have restarted max, reset the ui, and used a blank scene with a box and a rectangle, and it just dosn’t do anything, its exactly like snap is off, just does nothing, dosn’t snap to geometry or shapes

try backup your 3dsmax.ini and delete it in 3dsmax directory, upon restart of max it will create a default one. This may help.
