My wallpaper wont render in scene, it only shows in rhino

When i try to render with perspective my wallpaper wont show up in the render.

Dear @victorgregers_hagethomsen , hello.

Could you share where exactly is this image added?
Is there a chance that it is a Texture added to a V-Ray Dome Light, which is set as Invisible?
Please see the example here.

Waiting for your answer.

Best regards,
TS

Dear Tsvetomira,girginova

Thanks for the swift response
The picture was added as shown in the attached photo
i can see it when i render with the rhino renderer

Okay, thanks, this was helpful.

This is a native Rhino functionality.
We could recommend using Background from V-Ray Frame Buffer, which sets the image in a way similar to your wanting, see here.
It could be easily changed even after a render is finished and is closer to a collage effect.

If you want to achieve also lighting contribution, you could add image to:

Please take a look and choose what is most suitable for your workflow.

Thanks Tsvetomira

ill give it a go

You are welcome!

Settings > Environment > Background and play around with options”

Nice feature of V-ray: set texture Type “Environment” and Mapping “Screen”. This kind of setup works also for dome lights.

Yes, thanks, @Micha !
I will add changing the Shape to Sphere as a last step to your exact proposal if he wants to follow the wallpaper effect till the end.
