my way to simulate static cloud or in phoenix fd

i found a way to simulate static cloud in phoenix fd. first simulate to the frame you want, then delete the cache files you don’t need. next, in the input rollout of phoenix fd simulator add the cache file you need. it won’t change as you drag the time slider. i think it can also simulate initial state of fire.

Hey,

You can actually set the Input mode to Cache index from the Input rollout and specify which frame you would like to use - this way you won’t have to delete your cache files.
