This warning popups when using Natshaders:Sea placed on VRay Plane
(gi on)

VRay 1.46.13
NaturalShaders 1.1.6
Max7

maybe it wasnt designed to do that. i remember asking vlado about this once RE: the nice ocean images we saw from that company scanline i think thier name was. and they didnt use any infinite plane like vray plane.

I thought that procedural materials won’t confuse VRay… I was wrong %)

lol, natshaders are hardly common procedurals, if you apply it to a very large plane does it crash? Do other nat shaders work on the vray plane?

Not common but ARE procedural.
lol
Of course it works with all other materials from package. Read the topic one again…

BTW It crashes even it with a huuuuuuuge plane. And only with nat:sea.
And it crash Brazil too but it tell me that I’m out of memory. VRay tells what typed above. Just curious - is it normal ?

yes

You can try this!!

This error is usually when you have in the scene object with the same name. You can try this!! Sometimes is useful.

Natshaders and procedural maps - are really different words
This guys from rebelthink even have no idea to implement Global Scale control for their maps, it doesn’t worst a cent without it. Looks like a UI for max native procedural maps as for me
