new at Vray

first post with vray, model is from Zirak at www.suplugins.com

changed some settings and had a go

what do you guys think about the lighting levels and the reflective floor?

Re: new at Vray

That model seems awfully familiar to me… ::slight_smile:

Re: new at Vray

zirak borrowed it from biebel… ::slight_smile:
seen the post title!

Re: new at Vray

Hi Madmax,
I think this is quite a good rendering.
I would change the floor material though as it is a bit too reflective.
Have you thought of using a ‘white’ for the walls that has smaller RGB values? e.g 220,220,220.

Cheers,
Biebel

Re: new at Vray

agreed… the floor is too reflective..
btw its good…
i wish i could do something like that… it will took me ages to learn it by myself..

Re: new at Vray

Biebel

Thanks for the tip…I will try this

Re: new at Vray

Biebel, I thought you knew that Zirak had done a model similar to yours…if not sorry for the similarity…we are all trying to achieve the quality that you produce with your renders

Re: new at Vray

2nd attempt, used Biebel’s suggestion for the wall (RGB color white)

i think it looks better

Re: new at Vray

it does look better but maybe you should pu something in the scene, some furniture maybe.

Re: new at Vray

Gligorov

Where can i find cool furniture to put in the scene?

Re: new at Vray
