Where can I find the proxy connection settings in the new Cloud Licensing?
(For Chaos Corona, Chaos Vantage, and Chaos Enscape)

The settings should be in setvrlservice.exe.

EDIT: I found the proxy settings in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\vrlclient.xml.
No settings provided in the UI?

No, currently there are no proxy settings in the UI. You can edit them in the vrlclient.xml.
