Hello. How can I post to the PhoenixFD General or Problems sections?

Wrote Chaos Group 4 days ago about it and haven’t heard back.

It was Easter last 4 days and most of the employees weren’t at the office during that time.
I’ll see if I can find your request and bump its priority. A ticket number would be very helpful in this case.
