So do we just use the same serial number for the new version of Vray that we used for v1.5? Or will we be sent a new serial code?

have you been able to download the new release?

i still can’t seem to even get the new release and there has been no formal explanation.

i heard rumors about snow in baltimore which is understandable, but isn’t this 2010? can’t we at least get an explanation or email?

We worked from home, and last we checked all of the download links were working. I just hopped on to see if anyone was having issues. Do you guys have a problem when you try to download from here?:

We will look in to the issue with the links in the release email, and after the order tomorrow. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. The reason nobody was informed of a delay, is we were under the impression it was all functioning properly.
