I bought a copy of vray 3.6 in February this year… I was told I could upgrade this to Vray next for free. But when I log into the downloads section of my chaos group account I only see the option to download vray 3.6. Where do i get my free update for Next from?

@vlado What’s the cut off date for the free upgrade and does it also apply to rendernode licenses? I bought a rendernode license in february aswell iirc.
Also up to how long is the free upgrade available? Do people have a timelimit from releasedate to upgrade for free or is there no timelimit? Final question, are there going to be upgrade options in the chaosgroup store? Atm I can only buy new versions.

But shouldnt the above info be pretty basic to communicate instead of having to deal with individual requests? I expect I’m not the only one with these questions.
The problem with the sales questions is that there are too many different factors (like different government - enforced policies in different countries), also quantities, promotions etc. that it very quickly becomes a nightmare to discuss on a forum.
