No Builds

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max General

I have just re-installed viz 4 on my home computer and i went to download vray. When I click the version I need it tells me missing installer files…No builds. Are they not avaliable? Also was wondering what version do i need? The max 4 version?

for viz4 you need max 5 version.

Thanks DaForce. I guess the builds are not avaliable right now.

ahh yeah forgot to mention that.
I assume after the server being down for 3 days and new OS installes and new HDD’s, the builds are not online.

I can only hope that this gets fixed up soon.

The builds are indeed not hooked up yet, we are working to get this done as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you need a particular build, please email us at vray@chaosgroup.com

Hi,

For VIZ4 we need max4 version
*
For VIZ 2005 - max 6 version
For VIZ 2006 - max 7 version

*no VIZ version for max5, that one was skiped

Thanks for clearing it up.

I thought viz was behind 1 all the way back.
