No compatible GPU found

Hi, I’ve been trying to use the Vantage free trial and having this issue when trying to run the program, cannot get past this error “No suitable GPU device found! A DXR compatible device is required”. My PC has a Quadro RTX 5000 which as far as I’m aware supports DXR.

This is on my work PC which is tightly controlled by IT so I can’t play around with some of the potential fixes I’ve read, just look for a definitive answer I can take to IT for them to act on. Appreciate any advice or help, thanks.​

Hi, this driver is VERY old. The minimum requirement is now 535+ as you can see on the download page.

… and yes, this GPU is compatible.

Ah thanks, that would explain it! All our updates get pushed out to us but I guess gpu drivers aren’t included, I’ll get onto them to update, thanks again.

i have Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 MY driver 572.16 update but still Vantage not working ?

This should be fixed in the next patch 2.7.1. Until then I think you can use version 2.6.1 because the issue started in 2.6.2.
