It is not going to work right now with hair and fur. The solution is to use Ornatrix or Hair Farm. We are working on a solution to this, as it seems to be requested quite a lot.

Hi Supakl, I want to use the default max hair and fur with the circular geometry and be able to manipulate the same parameters provided in hair and fur modifier rollout. Appreciate your time to respond on the issue.
