I emailed support 2 days ago about downloading an installer for Max 2018 but there is still no response. Does Chaos Group not have a working version for 2018? We have exactly 2 days of downtime to handle system updates before ramping up for production again so the delay is very problematic. Last forum message dated 4-18 said an installer would be available in May???
I am looking into our system now but I can’t find any inquires from the email address that you were using to register on the forums.
How did you contact us, did you send an email at support@chaosgroup.com or you contacted us via Contact Form from the ChaosGroup.com website?
In the first scenario you should have an automatic reply from our system in which you should find a ticket number, let me know that number if you have such so I could check what happened with your case.
If you haven’t got automatic reply but you sent an email to support@chaosgroup.com please send me your email address via forum-private-messages or to svetlozar.draganov@chaosgroup.com to investigate further.

Is Vray 3.5 compatible with Max 2018, I didn’t see it on the website
Only if you use the 2018 specific build, you will have to email support if you want access as it has not been officially released yet.
When can we have an official final Vray for 2018 ? 2018 is out for a few months now …
ForestPack, RailClone etc are waiting for final version, so we will have to wait even more once Vray final is out.

At the end of the installation process there will be a checkbox that says “open the change log file after installation”. Make sure it’s checked and when you are finished with the installation a text file with the changes will open up.
