noise animation

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

I am with problems in rendering of animation. I made some test of AA, subdivision of lights and materials, etc. Nothing doesn’t work… I saw that very detailed areas in the movement show very strong noise. There are some solution for this?
