Looks like your min subdivs in dmc are set too low. What are your settings?

burn value 1.0

Yeah so you need to put adaptive to higher then 1, say 2, and lower clr thresh to 0.007, also probably lower msr to 3-4 and raise max from 24 to 32…
If it doesn’t work send me a link to the scene (can be simplified) and I will have a look.
